Who am I?

As a chef i stand for local and artisanal cooking, with a deep appreciation for the flavours and techniques from our region. My journey as a chef didn't just start in the kitchen, but also on the road - between my training courses I traveled the world to experience different cultures and their specialties. I took those experiences and use them in my dishes, with respect to traditions and an open mind for innovation.

In the kitchen I am a coaching and inspiring leader. I believe that the basis for a amazing eat experience is a strong team. Through sharing knowledge and motivating others, I create an enviroment in which people can grow and strive for perfection. Craft is central for me: pure ingredients, prepared with care and of course a warm welcome for our guests. Because in the end it all revolves around hospitality - people wanna be seen, appreciated and satisfied. That's whats it all about.
